This is what it says in Haynes book of lies if it will help you, and I quote:

Remove the cooling fan blades and shroud. On models with a one-peice shroud, the complete radiator/fan shroud assembly must be removed. Unscrew the nut from the from the end of the tensioner lever bolt. Insert a suitable lever (e.g. the wheel trim lever) into the hole in the tensioner lever, and press the lever anti-clockwise until the lever bolt can be slid back towards the inlet manifold. Release the tensioner spring by pivoting the lever clockwise. Push the idler pulley back and withdraw the belt from the pulleys.
Fitting:
Raise the idler pulley slightly, and hold in position during the following procedure; Form a loop in the belt, with the drive ribs on the outside, then slide the belt between the coolant pump and crankshaft pulleys. Using the left hand, press the belt firmly into contact with the coolant pump pulley, then turn this pulley anti-clockwise until the belt rides up onto the idler pulley. Slide the belt over the idler and crankshaft pulleys, then open out the remainder of the belt and fit it around the remaining pulleys - the order of fitting is - (1)idler (2)crankshaft (3)alternator (4)power steering pump (5)coolant pump. Release the idler pulley. Press the tensioner lever as necessary to enable the lever bolt to be pushed into position. Push the bolt back through the lever, checking that the tensioner spring locates correctly. Refit the nut to the tensioner lever bolt and tighten while counterholding the bolt. Refit blades, shroud etc.

Now don't you dare say you have A/C fitted!! - and I thought mine was fiddly!

its got no ac but as abs going give it a try at weekend ne idea of what tools im goin to need

ABS doesn't pose additional problems. Basic tools, nothing complex should be needed. You may even be able to avoid having to remove the radiator etc., as Haynes' manuals often tend to make jobs more complicated than they really need be. I've no trouble threading my belt in behind the fan blades to fit it, and I don't need to remove the tensioner pulley, just have to lever it towards the engine with a foot-long stout screwdriver to release the tension, but I'm not too familiar with the differences between the 200E and your 190D.

If your old belt is still on, make a sketch of its route around the pulleys before you begin.

No problem fitting the belt,all you need to do is release the tensioner,fit the new belt and tension it again...no special tools required..

I have not done it yet the belt is in bits so i cant do a drawing of it thank for all the help will post how i go on

of course the one thing the hayne's manual doesn't mention is that you need to turn the belt 'inside out' (ribbed side outmost) to fit it around the tensioner pulley. if you don't do this the routing of the belt will be a hair-pulling, teeth-gnashing, dog-kicking mystery. if you do, it becomes very obvious very quickly ...

Same setup as the 190D 2.0 only a bit tighter to get at

well it all done had to borrow a tenttioning tool as the tentioner was very loose had no problems fitting the belt at all but got very wet
