Fan makes continueous hissing sound only when ... Help pls

My Car S280 is going crazy these days as it starts making noise as per the temprature and weather outside. Recently it has started making hissing sounds ( From Somewhere near the fan ) but it only happens when the outside temrature get hot due to recent heat wave in UK.

When the weather is pleasant it stops making that sound for some reason.

Any Ideas guys ?
