Don't inspire much confidence as to their strength do they. Plus they look home made, erm….orrible, I think I will pass on them as well :eek::(

taking into account time and materials, I can't see them being any cheaper than a good set of replica alloys. For my last car, I got 4 x 19" replicas for £575 inc vat! and they looked a million times better than those :)
