Fault code 9040 - E320 W211

I’ve got a Fault code 9040 - Component N10/IKO(FAN Relay Module) Is
Defective Or Not Installed ?

Checked the Aircon fan and it’s working fine so any help in identifying what this is would be appreciated

Car has no noticeable faults
