I have a 2012 E220 Cabriolet in the UK and have an Engine Management light come on the dash. I have interrogated the fault with a TopDon fault analysis tool and it gives the following. What I want to know is how easy is it to fix, can I do anything myself or what are the likely costs to fix it. 271749188_10225338786792570_5259741889393488128_n.jpg

I don't know if this is any use to you, but take a look. may not even be your engine, but this is what it came up with when I googled the fault code.
Ok if this is the problem then its not a DIY job, and looks expensive....damn it.

Hello Aircub, I don't think this is your problem as that issue is very common to the V6 (M272) and V8 (M273) engines. So sorry I can't help with your specific problem but my advice is to find a good MB independent garage and let them diagnose it with star diagnostics. Don't take it to any old garage, trust an MB indie who will get to the bottom of it.
