Fault CODE P0400

I got the dreaded check engine light today. The code reads P0400 (def. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction). After diagnosing the problem, I found that I have a brown hose that has been broken (imagine I did it when I changed the oil). However, I am not sure what this hose is and I need to get another one. I am attaching a picture, so if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.
