Fault codes

Afternoon,

I have recently got a code reader and scanned the car, I have a 2009 Vito 115.

There are a lot of codes which I have tried to clear, they all seem to be relating to sensors and ECU bits. The are

P0100 Mass Air flow
P0110 Air temp sensor
P2014 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor / Switch Circuit Bank
P2040 Reductant Injection Air Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input
P2041 Reductant Injector Air Press Sensor Circuit Intermittent
P2061 Reductant Injection Air Pump Control Circuit High
P2067 Fuel Level Sensor B Circuit Low
P2133 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch F Circuit High Input
P2135 TPS Sensor Voltage Correlation DTC
P2208 NOx Sensor Heater Sense Circuit Bank 1
P2510 ECM/PCM Power Relay Sense Circuit Range/Performance

Do you think these can all have individual faults or is there a controller issue here?

I have changes the MAF and Temp sensor, but the faults are still present and unable to be reset.

Great things code readers, most of the codes displayed will be historic, usual procedure is to clear faults and see what returns unless you have an apparent fault that a code relates to

Current faults are MAF and IAT(first 2 codes) says Curent FAULT/

Tried to clear and then they all return

Ok.
So that's a generic code reader so may not read all codes and may have the incorrect text description for Mercedes so is of limited use.

Search on each code number along with Mercedes and you may get more relevant text descriptions.


For example P2014 in a Mercedes can have secondary values. An example is P2014-001 which has a text description of "Charge pressure too low".

That P2014-001 code on a diesel would then direct you to look at the boost pipework and intercooler looking for a leak.

You really need to read these with an MB specific code reader such as Autel AP200 or iCarsoft or similar.
