Can I safely assume that the 47 viewers agree with my statement, or could not care less?

3 year suspened ban, providing no one in the team tells any more porkies to FIA officials and MB and sponsers hang in they might be OK. Thing is MB might decide their favours would be better placed with Brawn.

I think it may be the ideal time for Merc. to go elsewhere!
Hope not for Lewis's sake though.

Yea thats what my ears picked up as well, its basically a means of pretending to smack them, I dont think F1 can afford to lose any teams at the moment..

Amazing how McLaren and Ferrari were dominating this past 4 or 5 seasons and then end up being beaten into the background by a new team who couldnt even make the grade with Honda behind them.. ..

Yes it does seem fair to me as well. I am glad the Maclaren have been hauled over the coals over this issue - it is about time that sports in general were peanalised heavily for their win at all costs attitude. I do love F1, however, all of the underhand tactics and lying etc to gain some advantage has gone much too far. I have 3 young kids - how can I instill a sense of fair play when sports in general demonstrate so little:

F1 - need I say any more
Football - diving, hassle referees, off pitch comments
Athletics - doping
Cycling - doping++++

Your right but over the years sport seems to always have cheats involved- look at , "the hand of God" for Argentina in Football but more to the point, look at Senna and Schumacher etc.. when ramming their nearest rival so they could fluke the world championship!! That seems to have been forgotten and everyone seems to assume it's never been done before!!
:eek:
