Just read it through again as i was in a rush out when i found it andwanted to share with the forum.

No screen?! at those speeds, they must be mad! I can imagine it will be whole load of fun to drive.

Back in the 20,s my dad told me of a coal man who's horse died, so he bought a lorry, within days he had removed the windscreen and had the cab open,,he said that he could not see where he was going with a dirty glass in front.

The front screen opened on my 1928 RR the wind pressure was unbelievable even at 30,, just wind down your window and put your hand out to the front screen.

People are not made the way they used to be, we are all weaklings now with heated seats etc
