Ah, hello..... I used to live in Richmond - went to Gainsborough School, (long time demolished now). Live on Kew Road opposite the Gardens... Long time ago now! Strange, I never saw it as "Posh"....???

you could be right... it's still sitting there, just had the electrician back, there are some fault codes but also it still won't come out of "P"
