Finding S Class Specialist W221

Hi, just joined the channel and have aquired a S600 L w221 2007, LHD UK registration.. Now I would like to have a comprehensive check up on the car, the exterior and interior are as new, but I would also like to do a full check to prevent any 'surprises', any recommendations around the West London area ?

We have a designo USA spec W215 coming in soon, quite excited about that, it has some unusual options on the datacard.

One is 99% working (my 221).

The other one (C140 600) is going to the bodyshop in Feb

The other other one (c140 600 early one) is unfortunately having its wing taken off for the one above, then I am unsure what to do with it.
