First time poster, help needed

Hi all bit of help required if possible, i have a Vito 109 cdi on a 2005 plate, recently i have had some troubles with it cutting out intermittently and stuttering, it was showing fuel rail pressure fault, anyway i have noticed fluid leaking at the bottom of the engine and when i looked there is a hose hanging at the bottom of the engine and the end of it looks sheared:
