Are there any issues or problems to look out for when fitting brake shoe's to a W221 S320 Cdi 2007, the one's fitted give off a lots of dust, especially on the front wheel's.

Should be straightforward. Dust is a feature unless you buy ceramic pads.

Only on sbc brake systems. Some pads are worse than others for dust, especially cheap brands .

I think there are good videos on Youtube worth a watch first (see front brake below)
If you plan to change pads only it should be straight forward with correct tools. The rear brake shoes (for the parking brake) are fiddly so best left unless you have a parking brake concern. If you do change these definitely watch the Youtube video first and renew fittings as well as the shoes; new springs and expander locks (the bit the parking brake cables go into) will help keep the parking brake working well and make reassembly a little easier.

I give tyre places firm orders NOT to use rattle guns when removing my wheels. I've a bag of stainless bolt caps proving they bugger them up!

If you have SBC then just ensure that all electrics are off or disconnected - that includes keeping the key away from the car if you have keyless go.
