My 95 CL 500 had a problem with the passenger seat belt extender, whilst driving it would sometimes come out, go back in etc.
Anyway the fix was the door switch for the interior light, I removed the switch and managed to take the switch apart and clean it, there was plently of muck in there, once clean and refitted the extender now only works when it should.
