FM Antenna W164

Hi i have a 2008 ML280 W164 and have purchased a Android 10 radio replacement Everything fits and works except for the radio i cannot get a signal just white noise.The aftermarket unit comes with a antenna plug with a single Fakra connector. I have tried both the yellow (which i think is the FM Diverse) and the Black (FM) but still no signal
Any ideas please?? Do i require a dual Fakra to Radio plug converter?

There will most likely be an antenna amp that needs power. If your new head doesn't provide power up the antenna cable then you can get an adapter that adds the power
