Footwell lights led

Recently changed bulbs to led on E350 cdi coupe 2009 on changing footwell bulbs seem to have blown maybe a fuse.. they were cheap bulbs and found out not error free ones!! So what have I nicked out or wich fuse have I blown.. and wich fuse box is it in.. manual does not say anything about fuse location.. and cannot find much info full stop.. thanks in advance for any info.

Had similar problem LED reversing lights, flashed on off error message, put the original bulbs back in, all back to normal.
The original was to brighter reversing lights.

There might be a paper fuse chart in with your spare wheel. Otherwise, try this site:

As mentioned above. There should be a paper fuse list with spare wheel.
It’s likely the fuse is in the engine bay though as opposed to the one in the boot.

If your still looking to have LED’s mine are error free and have done plenty of E class including my own.

Did the bulbs actually work and then fail or have never worked ? , if they never worked then try removing them and turning them around and they should be ok.
