Found these. what are they for?

Hi I was emptying my old car and found these. I know that they are something to do with the spare wheel, but what are they for?

Spacers for the spare wheel I think, one below and one above, then clamping basket.

^ this. If a space saver is fitted, the wheel is thinner than an alloy where the centre bore is. It’ll rattle because the basket won’t clamp it tight. Spacers take up the slack
