Front brake pipes.

So had my MOT today, and It chucked up an Advisory for corrosion to front brake pipes.
I’m a bit confused because six weeks ago, I had my B service and break fluid change, and my trusted Indie never mentioned any problem with the brake pipes. I called my Indie and he advised to bring it in to be checked as people interpreted corrosion in different ways. ?

So any car in this country unless it’s been stored in a temperature controlled garage, would have a certain amount of corrosion to these pipes ?

If they're steel, then yes. Mr MOT Tester is covering his backside.

Eventually got my car to my regular Indie for him to check front break lines.
Absolutely nothing wrong with them !
Which I’m annoyed about as I now have an advisery on my car.
I’m considering putting it through another MOT.

Just don't use the same MOT place next time!

Wouldn’t a Fresh MOT supersede the one issued, I went a month early also ?

As LK says .... just pick an older car on eBay or AutoTrader and do an MOT check on it. If you pick the right car there will be advisories & fails going back a few years.
