Front Doors Wont Open (500 Sel)

Help needed,We Have a 500 sel and the front doors wont open,You can unlock the door with the fob or the key and the locks go up and down but both the front doors wont open just the rear,Thanks

Hello and welcome, the locks are just stuck and need a good spray with PTFE on the operating mechanism in the doors

one chance is to lower the window and just spray in some PTFE all around the locks

You need to aim at 5 in the link just inside of the handle
