Front fog lamps

Hi..

I Have a c w202 k & have noticed that some c class w202's hsve front fog lamps in the front spoiler.

Is it poss to buy these aftermarket products or are they for an AMG?
Would they still fit mine as its a sport?

Which model AMG lights should i get to fit?
