Front Fog Lights CLK 230K

i wonder if anyone can help, i've discovered that the bulbs were not blown for the fogs and that the wires were cut possibly a new bumper on it. I've since reconnected the wires but they still don't work the bulbs don't appear to be blown, does anyone know anything else i can try? Your help is always appreciated.

it might be that you have a loose connections, or cross wires.. try to re check the connections and wiring stuffs..

As Blobcat, with a volt meter £5 you can see where the voltage stops
