front headrests

hi all have a 1986 2.3 16v/ i need to take out the headrests (front how do i do this / cannot find any ****** button to press or no clip on top as i was told. need a drivers seat/ but at £120 s/h it can wait unless you know of one cheaper (its half leather with tartan infill)
