Got the dreaded front right malfunction consult workshop again. Having had a look under the drivers seat some wires were taped up to reveal the following! Seems they were soldiered back together by the previous owner which actually worked since having had the car for 4 years. I'm no good with electrics and have no idea, but my problem is now why on earth is yellow connected to brown and blue to green/grey?

The car reads for a fault "Status of belt buckle from control unit N2/N10 (SRS) is implausible". When getting into the car I get "Front Right Malfunction, consult workshop".
Following the wire from the soldered wires leads to the belt buckle and a harness.

Will this need re-doing, or cut my loss and go for a replacement Seat Belt Buckle?

Thanks

Hi all
Was wondering if anyone could take a pic of their front right seat wiring to help the mess I'm in?

It seems the previous owner cut the seat belt plug and I have no idea where it fits?
I have the following blue and yellow wires which were soldiered to green/grey and brown. Now, I am trying to understand where green/grey and brown go?

I understand that blue and yellow used to fit into a plug? Which fits into the main socket or am I mistaken?
Other question is, behind the main socket (yellow) two plugs exist but two plug are present with wires leading?

Sorry if my post is a tad confusing but any help would be helpful

Pic1 is where I am not sure where these wires lead to?
Pic 2 is the seat buckle wires where the plug is missing, but not sure where the plug fits? (my intention is to replace the whole seat buckle)
Pic 3 is where two plugs already are in place being the main socket
Pic4 are the soldered wires
Thanks
Rav

@Ravs1988 I’ve merged your threads as there’s no requirement to post multiple threads. It only confuses members… (and lord knows they’re confused enough…):p

OK thanks mate, sorry - I thought this being an post that is a few days old it would not get much attention.
Anyways, any ideas on my question?

I'm pretty sure that this issue is covered by several people on YouTube, showing how the plugs are wired together. Worth having a look by searching Mercedes seat wiring or something similar.

I tried searching for this over the weekend. Unfortunately, I could not find a definitive answer. Thought if anyone could take a pic of their wiring it may help.
