Front Right Seat Backrest Not Locked Error

Hi, I have recently got a 2012 E250 CDI convertible. I have an error where the front seat (base not back) moves forward and back on the rails but nothing else works (seat back not forward or back, head rest also not working up and down). The electric steering wheel adjustment also not working. I have the error above and in the picture. I think they're all related.

Is there anyone out there seen this issue and if so, what repaired it?

The backrest micro switch hasn’t operated properly.

It’s normally located behind the trim covering the outer hinge of each seat. You’ll need to pull the trim off to find it.
