Front wheel rubbing on brake then turn steerinf right. Could be wheel bearings need replacing

Tighten the wheel bolts.

I have tighten the wheel bolts. Only rub on the caliper when i turn right need to full lock

Thanks. Did you check the caliper bolts and the caliper bracket bolts as well.
Turn the steering to the right full lock. Engine OFF.
Then do a visual inspection. Put up a picture of where it is touching.
