Front Wiper and Indicators Inop.

Hi all,

I've just been informed by my other half that for the second time this week, the indicators and front wiper have stopped working. When she switched the ignition off and back on again, they started to work.
Has anyone any idea what the problem might be or how I should proceed?
Car in question is a 2002 W210 estate (T210?)

Any advice greatly appreciated,

Hi,
I think you,ll find it will be you stalk switch, you could try cleaning it, might fix it.
If not it will need replacing.
Replacement will involve the removal of the steering wheel, lower drivers side dash trim, and steering column shroud.

Probably the fuse in the holder corroded.

Apart from replacing the fuse with a new one and cleaning up the holder, next time it happens just turn the fuse in it's holder and they will probably work again.

Fuse box in engine compartment.
