C200K estate (S203) 2006 m271 1.8 petrol
Hi all, I have had 3 c200 or by c180 estates in a row, great cars. I have always maintained them myself so far as I can but have always been stumped by where the fuel filter is on the estate. I have looked at YouTube videos which put it at the rear just under the plastic underbody protection panels, but I can't see it on the estate.

Does anyone know where to look? Is it perhaps in one of the hatches under the rear seats or hidden in a wing or something as I'm bamboozled!!

Many thanks in advance, it's a 2006 model c200k petrol estate if that helps.

You are around the age point where the fuel filter underneath was discontinued in favour of a “lifetime” filter inside the fuel tank. If you can’t find it underneath it’s possible you have the later type. 2006/2007 is around the change point

If you google TeileKatalog Parts Club it may help you. In the site Identify your car , and then follow the step by step istructions to find the actual location of the fuel filter, part Nrs etc.

I'm just glad I'm not at the age point where I was going insane!!! Very many thanks for this, I could find no reference to it on the interwebs and thought it was fishy!!
