Fuel lines

Hi all, i am new to this, trying to find some info regarding changing the two fuel pipes situated on the left hand lower side of the car and routing over the tank. Is there a possibility to gain access to the pipes from above as i was told it will require to drop the rear diff , suspension and the tank apart from anything else it may need, at a great cost and the car aint worth that much.
