Fuel Pressure issue??

Help needed please

2010 E220 Bluefficency Estate
Vehicle completely died on me yesterday with no warning, thankfully at low speed or could've been scary. Restarted OK but with engine management light on. Got car home, I was quarter of mile away, switched engine off for 10 mins, engine management light stayed off.
Plugged in code reader:

P0087800
P062A00
Fuel pressure too low

P254100
Pressure sensor. Low pressure. Fuel circuit short circuit.

Should my starting point be the fuel pressure sensor?

When was the fuel filter last changed?
How much fuel was there?

3 quarters of a tank and fuel filter last done 6 months (3800 miles) ago.

Is it reffering to Low pressure fuel system side or high pressure fuel system? Really needs better diag gear to narrow it down. Could also be a quantity control or quality control valve fault.

There is no pressure monitoring in low pressure side AFAIK, so it must be high pressure fault? Componentwise test by SDS recommended...

If you have used a code reader for a merc. Possibly a icarsoft and it says that the codes referd to are relevant to low pressure and mentions a sensor problem surly it's a sensor on one end of the rail most likly the one that comes complete with the rail.
What does anyone else think

Hello everyone, Please can someone assist me?

I have the same vehicle with the very same problem and same error codes

W204 C220 CDI BlueEfficiency (OM651 engine)

My fault codes are:

P062A00 - The output of the fuel pump is implausible
254100 - The pressure sensor of the low pressure fuel circuit has a short circuit to ground

I cant seem to find my fault, When I accelerate under load, my car goes into LIMP mode and CEL/EML (Engine light) comes on,
