fuel pump

Is there a seal you can change inside the fuel pump. Its leaking from the side where the bolts are.

Its on a c270 cdi

Just undo the bolts and re-seal it with MB black sealant. (Get at a dealer)

There is a spring inside so be careful.

I have heard of this, but not sure if it is fixable, the only thing is that there is nothing lost in opening it to see.

There is a firm near Liverpool that does repairs
