Does anyone know the fuel tank capacity of the S-Class (previous shape).

I'm guessing at 100 litres? It doesn't seem to be mentioned in the manual.

On the W140 S-class, tank capacity is 100 litres.

On the W126 S-class, tank capacity varied, as two tanks were offered by MB. There was the usual 90 litre tank, but MB offered a short range tank as an option, which was 75 litres.

190E should be 55litres. 70 litres was standard on 16V's and optional on the rest of the range
