I removed the tank on my Sprinter 312D today to clean the filter inside, onc ei had found it inside the white plastic thing containing some gubbins i cleane di tup and placed it back onthe end of the metal rod insid ethere with the spring around it (you'll know if you have looked at one) i put it all back together and the van will only idle badly and wont rev up using the fuel in this tank, and the fuel level reads wrong, anyone know what could be the problem?
