Fully synthetic oil

I bought the above for my bike which is now sold, and I still have the oil unopened it's Silkolene comp 4 or something but full syth, could I use it in the car (99' C280 auto).

Mind you I dont know what's in it just now, it'll not be fully syth that's a fact so I would have to put a flush through it, but just if it would be ok to use.
