Just bought this car and 12V cig lighter socket not working. I'm hoping its just the fuse gone but the fuse diagram is missing from the tool kit storage so I can't tell what's what. Has anyone got a diagram for this model they can scan and eMail - or Fax - to me? Or just let me know the fuse position?

I'd appreciate it as, with no external power for the Sat Nav, I can't take any journeys with a round trip time of more than 4 hours!

Whoa.... that was quick! Many thanks for the reply. It helped greatly, though I have to say, you're advice didn't apply to my model. It did help as it made me go back to the manual and search out the other fuse boxes. In one of those I found the diagram and found that the offender was no. 47 - it had blown - in the engine compartment (on my model no's 1&2 are in the end of the dashboard)

Thanks again.

I thought it was an E class, never mind regards. Malcolm
