fuse problem E240 1990 SALOON

Sorry guys, it's a E240 1990 SALOON, had a problem with the cigar lighter, one of my tribe shorted it! Then tried to cover it up by replacing the fuse, since then the ABS, ESD and BAS lights have been on permanently! They may have removed a fuse and not replaced it in the correct place? Is that possible?
What is an OVP fuse/relay?

They may have removed a fuse and not replaced it in the correct place? I?
Or they may have taken the ABS fuse out to put it in the cig lighter fuse.

Fuse Problem

Still need to know what car it is. E240 was launched in 1997 so what year is it:confused:

Sorry again, in the Christmas light business, and working 18 hour days, it's 2000, 1990 is my 300TE! I need a copy of the fuse chart really.
Thanks

I've read all the stuff about the brake switch, but it happened after the problem with the cigar lighter fuse, obviously the brake switch is very cheap to correct but I would like to check the fuses first, and the fuse list is missing. Thanks for your help and taking the time to respond.
