G400 CDI - Will this G-wagen be available in rhd ?

Does anyone have any information as to whether and if so when the G400 CDI might be available in right hand drive ?  When it was originally launched at the Paris motor show in 2000 publicity material at the time stated that it would be made available in rhd.

I doubt it, mainly because they havent made the right-hand-drive versions of the ML400CDI or S400CDI ...

In fact,. I thought they were going to stop doing RHD G wagens completely ..
