Garage door closer new S Class

I wondered if it is possible to retro-fit the garage door operating device to a Oct '06 S320 CDi. I understand that this facility would be located in the rear view mirror and would note that the car is fitted with 'night view' camera.
Any information would be appreciated.

220025, 220026, 220125, 220126. All four of these VINs are for the S320 cdi and I have searched the relevant documents and sorry to say no retrofit appears to be available. Check your chassis no against the above numbers and if its different let me know.

Not sure about the S class but it's retro fittable to R171 for sure, check this thread out, trouble is it's £250 for the part. MB say a lot of thing arn't retro as it's a head ache for them, they say retro fitting a phone kit cant be done but it can, just it's a whole new centre consul and associated wiring, I retro fitted auto wiprers for £35, which they said could not be done. Any how read this thread.

Thank you for the information, I will persue Braybrooks. The thread hinted that different frequencies are used for different locations. I was wanting to operate two in the UK and one in southern Spain from the same car. It will be interesting to see if this is possible.

Thats asking a lot, why not progamme your two doors to the same frequency, in your garage door there should be dials or some sort you just set them to the correct numbers to alter the frequency, thats what I did with mine when I fitted a auto door.

The closers are on entrance gate to complex and underground garage and used by 29 other people so would not be allowed to alter frequencies.

Spain uses the same as the UK 433.05-434.79mhz So enjoy the sun shine.
