Garage in essex

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a trustworthy and competent mechanic in essex preferably in Colchester area. I appreciate your help and thank you guys.

I too can recommend mainly mercs. Very good guys to deal with know there stuff

Mainly Mercs are great guys but loaded with work I suspect. Last time I went there they had a forecourt full, not to mention the pavement opposite.

For difficult diagnostic problems they are the guys.

For mechanical repairs/servicing you could try my chap when he returns from Canada, where he is thinking of emigrating. He is near to Thorpe le Soken.

Send me a pm if you want details. A fancy Garage it aint, and theres no courtesy Car so he'll drive you home or whatever, but he knows his trade and thats why Canada have said he can have a work permit (damn them)

Worth the wait for MM - Lancaster were on for a grandss worth of new CPU on the old C class - mainly Mercs sorted the issue for thirty quid.

Thank you all. I have looked in the net to find the address of Mainly Merc and it seems they are located in Braintree rather than the Hythe as Maldon said. As Maldon was there before, I think they should be in Hythe but where about in the Hythe? Do you mean near the Hythe station?

I don't know if you got a reply to your question about the location. They are situated about 300 yards from where I live. I don't know the actual address, but if you still need it I will find out for you.

Its Unit 4 Commerce Way.
Its near to the Tesco complex. Passing Tesco going east I suppose, turn sharp left rather than right into the Town. Then take a right at Whitehall Road, carry on until you see a left, Commerce way. Its in that area.
