Gearbox need fluid?

My current 2003 clk 320 does the same as all my previous merc’s, takes a few minutes before it will engage the comfort mode and actually pull away in 2nd gear. Although this one does the same when it is warmed up slightly i can feel it ‘throw’ itself into 1st when coming to a standstill. Any info on these gearbox’s for the w209 would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you ever had the box serviced. Falls perfectly in the sealed from service schedule timeframe
