i,ve brought my new c220 over from england to sweden and the headlights are shining the wrong way,i went to mercedes dealership and the guy said you must buy new headlights is there anyway i can turn the reflectors???as i,m registering the car here,and dont wanna fork out too much coin on a new set of headlights

You don't need to buy new headlights - just need to buy new reflectors for RHS road traffic cars.

I dont know on the C-Class, but most headlights these days have a change-over lever that moves the reflector for left or right hand drive. You may wish to check.

Reflectors can be quite expensive - on Xenon's they're about £100 each.

Check on your Headlamp's to make sure you can change the Reflector's,
I'm sure most are sealed and can not be changed,
New headlamps may be needed

If the head lights are an eyball type they will have a lever to flat line the projected pattern regardless of wether ther are zenion or not if they are normal lens type halogen lights you will need to buy new head lights.
