Hello, we have had our 2021 GLE 300 since march 2021. As we've been working from home during this time the car has only just done 10k miles - imagine my surprise on discovering all 4 tyres were at or below the legal limit!! MB dealer and Netherlands don't want to know - MB Netherlands called me back to say that they had checked with dealer and there were 4 new tyres on at time of delivery!?! I never questioned that - it's the 10k miles I'm questioning? Having had honda SUVs, Volvo suvs, BMW SUVs all do 20-25k miles per tyre I am shocked at this acceptance that 10k miles is okay?
Also the tyres were date stamped week 46/2019 and the car manufactured week one 2020 - when I asked dealer if it was one of the batch that was allegedly faulty was told no such thing happened and it just took a long time to get to the UK - 15 months?
Our wheel arch trim has also fallen off going through a puddle we think, and again no support from Mercedes Benz dealer or customer service?
Having had 2 previous Mercedes, we are so disappointed and wondered if anyone had any similar experiences?
We are on the cusp of selling the car! Have had so many issues in just under a year!
Thank you in advance for any responses.
