Good dealership service

Hi Guys

Just wanted to comment on the great after sales service I have received from The Sandown Guildford Dealership. There were a few niggles that I wanted to get sorted and the dealership had no hesitation on footing the bill and allowed me to take the car to my Independent Mercedes dealer rather than go through the warranty process, they even paid for new wiperblades that cost over £100 thanks to Paul Walter. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone.

S'pose if your not paying, then doesn't matter how much they are, if you are paying, then you wouldn't pay 100 quid.

I use Sandown Guildford for servicing both cars. Yes, expensive but it hurts less on service plans. They chased through replacing both turbos under warranty on the R231 earlier this year - the parts alone are £3k each. For cars older than 7(??) years, eg my previous 2007 R 230 SL350 they offered an "older car" service policy which discounted labour by 40% and parts by 10%. As far as I know they still do it.

And they invite me to "AMG days"!

Nice to hear and thank you for your feedback. Am considering using them; Sandown, aswell for our new V Class. Bit of a journey but...
My local Marshall’s dealership is ****i*# dire, as is the other one in the opposite direction. Nice people but quick as a flash, sod all happens.
They appear to set very low standards, then fail to meet them.

Picked up the A200 AMG Line on Friday from Sandown in Guildford. Lovely car and I’m extremely pleased with it.
Dealership? Couldn’t fault them. Sales person was Olivia and she was excellent.

The most expensive I could find for my old car cost £34.05 from Bosch. I suppose I could go to a dealer and get them fitted for another £66...and then give them a glowing review!

If they are the "Magic vision " blades where the water comes from the blade then they are about £100 a pair for my S class
