I had a heart attack today - my emmisions light came on. I had a look through the book and it said there was a problem either with the exhaust system or the fuel injection system causing incorrect emmisions.
In a worried state I took it to the local dealer who took the car in there and then, gave me a brand new E220 estate as a courtesy car and told me they'd call when they knew what it was.
On my way past I saw the car had moved so went in to pick it up but they were still working on it. To cut a long story short, a service rep came out, said they had tested it on STAR and and looked at it a couple of times (light not illuminating) and, not being able to find anything, adjusted the butterfly valve (?)
How much did they charge me for this?........................................
Not a bean!
That's what I call a good service.
So, thumbs up to Robinsons of Norwich.
