Groaning noise when brake pedal is touched

Robbie did you get to the bottom of this as mine has just started doing it I have all new brake discs and pads fitted.

Like said Robbies has SBC brakes in his E-class, and it works like it should be (pressurizes brake circuit one and then). You have 'conventional' brakes so something wrong with new parts I assume
