Half Leather _ Leather Interior (Cosworth)

Hello, i recently bought (at last) my Merc Cosworth 2.3 16v and i love it, but i want to upgrade my half leather seats and door cards to full leather. Firstly why are some of the merc cosworths half leather and some full leather as standard? is that just the different years? and secondly what price would i be looking at for this conversion?
