Joined last week bought some bits a pieces. Can’t see me going onto the premium package as I don’t shop there enough to save money

I joined last week to get my £10 voucher. Haven't found anything I want over £20 (min spend) that isn't cheaper elsewhere even with £10 off. I'm sure I'll find something sometime.

Struggle with Halfords myself ludicrous pricing.

Rarely see the place busy, it's a mystery to me as to how it survives.

With their prices they don't need that many sales.
I considered buying some spark plugs there ready for my next change, but they were double the price elsewhere.
They can be good for cleaning products when they are on offer.

I looked at something with their frankly insulting Motoring Club Premium discount it put me off.

I bought our current TomTom from Halfords about 4 years ago on a special New Year deal, except Halfords did everything they could to stop the discount.
After a very forceful discussion with the manager, they agreed to give the discount. Not been back since.

I had the same palaver when I bought our Garmin. The offer said "we'll match any internet price", just show us the website.
Manager said "We don't really mean that."
Eventually they gave in, but I bought it from Amazon just to spite him.

Halfords is my go to store on a Sunday afternoon when the car is in total bits and I need the car urgently and the only place on earth with the part I need (albeit at least twice the price) is Halfords.
