that didn't leave me feeling very confident that they will listen.
I still wonder if it's Tony's way of getting back at Mr Brown. Leave him with this albatros around his neck; a policy he knows will be so unpopular that Gordon Brown will lose the next election for the Labour party because of it. I'm still convinced that's what happened with Maggie and the Poll Tax. I think she was set-up by people that knew it would be so unpopular it would cost her her job.
