Hi All, completely new hear, I put my wifes C 200 in for MOT 1st one since we got it 6 months ago. It only failed on nearside handbrake 9% reading.
I have no manual but have been told they have a small drum are they prone to sticking? and if they have a cable how is this routed. Many thanks in advance. Steve.

Often these things can be improved by lubrication, thats all of the moving parts with a silicon oil the equalizer is under the rear seat

The parking brake is a drum type brake inside the rear discs they are adjustable individually through a hole in the hub of the disc theres a little notched wheel you have to turn with a screwdriver (not the easiest) No.53 in Malcolm's diagram above in post #2
