HANDS FREE ON MY ML350 2009

Anybody help me my hands free running though command, suddenly when I answer the phone a very bad connection takes place, does anyone have any idea's

Maybe try another phone first to rule out handset problems ?

A150 manual, smart forTwo, W205 AMG line premium plus.
Delete the pairing on the phone and from the comand. completely power cycle the phone and the re-pair it.

If it persists you may have a faulty BT antenna. Easily swapped for about £39.
