I have C-230 Coupe & wife has C-240 Estate. The leather seats are so hard in both that my poor bony bum is numb with pain:(. I've thought about padding, but the seat is too high for me at it's lowest setting as it is.

Has any one replaced their C-class seats with something more comfortable?

I would love to hear any success stories:)

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
There are often loads of cloths seat sets given away almost and sometimes free as people like there leather best, to do it properly they change the door cards as well.

The leather seat sets make good money

Hi,
I think you will find the same problem with any standard C class seat they are all very "firm" it maybe that you will need to sort out some after market seats like Recaro or Corbeau.
You could have a chat to a upholsterer and see if he could do anything for you by means of changing the padding for an alternative. This way you can keep the leather interior too.
